I am unstable though; I seem to struggle coping with not experiencing sex or romance. I think therapy would be a good idea; but I don't have any money to pay for it; and I'm too ashamed to ask my parents to take me to therapy.

Also I watched those two videos. I disagree with them; theories do not necessarily have to be proven; they are meant to provide explanations. What makes a theory scientific is that the theory is rigorously tested.

Just talk to people (in person if possible, not online) and don't spend so much time inside ur own head about it dude, that's always helped me.
