This guy also just uses other people's content without their permission in their videos. Just skimming the market gardener video alone, there's content from at least jay's videos, soapy's videos, j_peg's videos, and RGL's streams. If you find something you created in one of this guy's videos, I highly recommend submitting a DMCA takedown on the videos, unless you want your content being used by a guy who has stated he wants to kill our scene

also as AMS said many protein powders have trace amounts of lead and other heavy metals, especially plant based ones. There was a company that went through and tested them, you can read the results here. I'd just make sure I'm getting a brand that you know doesn't have elevated levels of heavy metals if you do continue taking whey.

Drop both powders take a daily multi instead. Lots of good stuff here but you will be very bored eating the same thing every day, variety is the spice of life! If you find you need more fiber even when eating lots of fruits and veggies look into psyllium husk/psyllium husk powder

Benplhannahbest move is knight takes h3. king h1 is forced, then knight f2 forces white to trade his rook for black's knight. if you dont take the knight you lose the rook with no compensation (black skewers the rook through the king on the back row)
If the rook moves away to b1 though white doesn't get skewered (as the queen defends), still looks incredibly good for black and wins multiple pawns, but I don't see anything fully concrete
i think stockfish think this lead to force mate. seems any position is hard lose after knight takes h3
