fygalso ban wrap assassin and quickies while ur at it
at least these were on the survey
Why have we not banned this shit? just super turbo cancer unfun to play against. the euros have banned it. why can't we as well. I don't know anyone who enjoys playing against this cancer. Sometimes there is no way not to get hit by it. why was it conspicuously absent from the postseason survey? ban this shit already
I was using laz's crosshair switcher but it doesn't allow you to open directories with / in them. Is there a crosshair switcher gui that's known to work on linux?
Benplhannahbest move is knight takes h3. king h1 is forced, then knight f2 forces white to trade his rook for black's knight. if you dont take the knight you lose the rook with no compensation (black skewers the rook through the king on the back row)
If the rook moves away to b1 though white doesn't get skewered (as the queen defends), still looks incredibly good for black and wins multiple pawns, but I don't see anything fully concrete
i think stockfish think this lead to force mate. seems any position is hard lose after knight takes h3

who could have seen this coming...
I would love to archive the player and competition history on my server. Hope there's a chance for the database to be available publicly!
I think medic deaths is probably less useful than a ratio of medic deaths/enemy medic deaths. Obviously you could be in a game where both medics are way worse than the average player but both medics having high deaths is often indicative of a very messy game. Also worth noting that dying on medic isn't always bad. Perhaps your positioning caused your death, but it was a conscious decision to position that way. If you're pushing the enemy's last and no ubers are in play, you probably don't position to survive a 3 man sac (as a 3 man sac would likely cause them to lose the round)
9 + 10 = 21
nobody ever gets 5 rounds in a row from the goblin zone
In addition to what everyone else has said, the map should reward "fun" strategies and punish "lame" or "boring" strategies. I think we tend to like map design that leads to constant skirmishes. Think about how easy it is to push houses or pressure point on bagel, or to send people behind or push concrete on product. On clearcut, pushing the roofs is really hard and pressuring the point is also annoying so people just send their soldiers behind (BORING!!!!)
