Shogun (Television movie series - Samurai Feudal Japan - made in the 80's the acting and production are amazing, I can't say enough good things about this series)

ROME (Should have been bigger than Game of Thrones. Both seasons were fantastic, show was cancelled because of money fuck you HBO)

Justice League Unlimited (The best Justice League cartoon series IMO)

Shaka Zulu (10 episodes, each over an hour long. Takes you through the life of Shaka Zulu, entertaining and worth the time to learn about this man.)

Band of Brothers (Incredible show, worth every second to learn the history behind these heroes.)

They're not too long, but Netflix released a series following the Unabomber and the Olympic Park Bomber under the name "Manhunt" and it's honestly the best television I've ever watched.

netflix has some very killer criminal documentaries, Worlds Most Wanted is awesome (although only 5 episodes). the episodes on the Sinaloa cartel & the Russian Mafia r my favorites

The Owl House (Found family/adventure in a dark fantasy world - on D+, currently airing its 2nd season)
Infinity Train (Heavily character driven sci-fi/mystery/drama anthology series - on HBO max)
Kipo & the age of the Wonderbeasts (Post apocalypse action/adventure, very ATLA feeling - on Netflix)

Of the ones already mentioned: Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, and of course the obligatory Avatar the Last Airbender

I really enjoyed Sons of Anarchy. A bit drawn out but it's worth it. Also it has an ending which cant be said for most shows these days

when I saw daredevil had a major tribute to the hallway fight scene from the original oldboy, I had to check everything out. I must say, that I did in fact binge the entire show.

i heard leths dad was in the one about the yorkshire ripper, playing the eponymous character in some of the original 80s footage shown in the documentary

not very many episodes yet, but lupin and the great pretender on netflix; quite like their methods of storytelling and how they weave past plotpoints together.
king of the hill has pretty good humor and is fairly down to earth, nice to look back on and compare to recent times (especially the y2k episode in contrast to quarantine/how people reacted to the pipeline hack)
mob psycho 100 and the disastrous life of saiki-k are rather fun shows for introverted nerds; though again not too many episodes. also one punch man for that matter.
if you can find the power rangers shows somewhere, see how many of those you can watch before dying of cringe as a challenge
