Getting upset won't get you anywhere
Your sens isn't the reason you miss
Get a buff before feeding on flank
It's not worth playing with people you don't like just because they're ok at the videogame
Complete more jump maps
Acknowledge your mistakes, but don't forget to acknowledge when you did something right
Acknowledge your teammates if they do something right, do a nice play, hit a good shot, etc

-Learn to not be defensive when your mistakes are called out
-Mindless DM grinding is not really efficient time-wise, and there are many ways to improve
-If playing for a team feels right, you should probably join them instead of trialing for 4 more teams
-Play the class that seems the most fun to you instead of making excuses as to why you cannot play it
-Take breaks from the game when you don't feel good

it's not a good thing to underrate yourself, don't be emo

you might think you're avoiding people thinking you have an ego, but all you're really doing is removing challenge for yourself, and if you're not challenged you will not improve, if anything it just cements terrible habits in both your mechanics and mindset

remember to always bring it, remember you get better by losing, and remember that someone has to be the worst player on the team. it's not a reason to leave the team. I've left most good teams I've ever been on to 'avoid holding them back' but what I should have been doing was striving to improve instead, be smarter than me

also, the shortcut to getting good is pugchamp

you don't get better by losing, you get better by understanding why you lost and then making adjustments as needed.

it's not worth sacrificing yourself for the sake of others regardless of how much you want things to work out if there is no effort from their end. i wasted so much time, emotional energy and money during my tenure in tf2 and even some it outside of tf2 doing this.

that it's not worth putting in hard work to build/maintain teams every season when that causes you to neglect focusing on your own personal individual improvement or when you could learn more from fitting into a team of more experienced players rather than building teams and only getting people of your own skill level.
