if they actually made it there, that is.
If you count wg as Goku then froyo would be able to beat Yamcha level eu team at best
seeing that the NA players that dodged lan were like extremely mesmerized by the default sunshine hold that eu has been doing for 5 years (with the gun holding a door instead of holding nothing), I'm not sure they could field any roster that would reach top2

donkey shit burgers talking like they wouldnt trade their tf2 careers for something a TENTH as accomplished as Ampiseses in a heartbeat. Make me sick to my stomach fam
old ams would never get div checked by these nerds
all the americans are too scared to say it so ill have to say it: YES!
someone on froyo probably would've got arrested anyways, oh wait
It’s safe to say mandem would have won still. Froyo are coming off the back of a 5th place finish at Denver while also having to go through several roster shuffles over the past few years.
It also depends on how they would have matched up vs the other top teams too, and there are way too many factors to consider in that regard.
Personally wouldn’t think they would have had much of a chance to be honest.

I don't know how anyone can say this outside of pure ignorance. White Lotus, a weaker total roster who have significantly less time playing on a team together on the same team had many opportunities to close out Witness (Logan getting nuked before a big ad uber push was a genuine tragedy). I think it's very likely that Mandem would have still won against White Lotus but not without a good amount of blood loss. I still loved and cheered watching White Lotus play!
FROYO's current roster is much more well equipped now than when they went into Denver. While B4nny's overconfidence was comical, what happened was not at all implausible. Right now we have: B4nny, Gungon who is a strong but in my opinion more importantly very flexible scout (something I think Branslam struggled with is how much stronger explosives are at Lan due to his playstyle of face checking soldiers as much as he can), Soapymeister and Speedy who are absolutely top tier soldiers, Habib (#2 demo NA at a minimum), and Lolguy (#1 Medic NA).
I thoroughly enjoy the burger rhetoric and I find the back and forth really funny but let's not pretend that FROYO would not have had a more than fair chance of winning the lan. Now that match up would've been intensely entertaining to watch.

Congratulations to froyo tech for winning the hypothetical world championship for the 3rd year running!
At the end of the day we are all tf2 family. Good game everyone. I hope froyo will come next year and we'll get best match in tf2 history.

How is it ignorance if we haven’t even seen this roster play LAN before? It is not unawareness that has influenced my opinion that if froyo attended Poland that they wouldn’t have been likely to win rather than acceptance that we just don’t know how well they could play to begin with.
The White Lotus is arguably the best mix team we’ve ever seen compete at an intercontinental level. I’d put them above i61 SVIFT as the competition was significantly weaker for that LAN when comparing the levels of the top two teams versus the rest of the invite groups. There’s also no question that they’re a straight up upgrade from Balls LAN team, with Logan and skeez replacing artist and zilly, as well as having jay play soldier who is proven on a world stage at that class. Witness having a close game versus them is nothing to scoff at.
I just don’t know how anyone can determine whether or not froyo is truly going to perform better at intercontinental level if we just haven’t seen them play yet. For me to believe they would have won if they attended them we’d at least have to see them dominate at domestic potentially first.
Let mandem have their flowers, they are the world champions and if they were to clash with froyo in the near future I’d be looking forward to watching that.
