One of the most disappointing lan performance from Froyotech you'll ever see since i58.
While I'm not an avid froyo fan, its really sad to see what was seen as a "dynasty", a mostly undefeated team, now seemingly have to nail-bite every match or getting shit-stomped.
I hate to say it, but b4nny definitely had this coming for underrating both AU and EU. I feel if your one of the "figure-heads" of the competitive tf2, you would be open-minded and actually look at the competition and instead of getting humbled by the "6th [place]" Australians. Australians, who, have probably more LANs events at their region then NA for the last 4 years.
Vs G6, who even after the first two days of initial losses against them (in scrims), were able to get a 5-2 against wG EU, a 5-0 on wG AU, and a 5-1 against the Balls Lan Team (BLT) all in the day 1 group stages.
As of 5/25, this is my predictions:
1. Like A G6
2. wG EU
3. wG AU
4. Balls Lan Team
5. Froyotech
6. QMD
7. Xiao Black
8. Lake Fairy Crew
While Froyotech has been knocked out before in group stages, never before has it been in the Upper BQF -- only ever in Winners' Finals (i58 & Localhost 2023).
Even if they were crawl back, they would go through the match against BLT again, then wG AU, then (hypothetically) wG EU, who dominated them on snake. It really is the worst case scenario for them.
