In America we have American Cheese. Its pretty bad, I don't know why people would want to eat it. I dont think its real cheese, but its still an option at sandwich shops and deli's. Do other countries have American cheese? And what do people think of it.

Hello Mr. American. I wished to inform you that all across the globe, we eat more or less processed cheese. I like it on hamburgers however I can not stand it anywhere else considering that it was force fed in the army :)

We do not have american cheese, but something similar in individual slices. 25% Gouda, 25% Cheddar, some butter and milk.

Not something I'd ever want to eat on a sandwich, but it's alright on a burger.

Pro tip: Kraft singles get the job done, but that's about it. They're shit but make pretty good grilled cheeses or cheeseburgers. But do you want to make your American cheese experience 100x better? Enter the Kraft American Deli Deluxe. These motherfuckers are grade A processed cheese. They're thicker than the normal Kraft Singles without being overwhelmingly so and melt without having as much of a weird plasticky texture. They're made with higher quality ingredients and are honestly just a straight upgrade to stock. Highly recommend.

Canada has processed (American) cheese. I personally can't stand it on anything other than a fast food burger. Even grilled cheese is far better with a proper cheddar,

ScrewBWhy is cheddar so popular when gouda just taste like better cheddar?

gouda is like twice as expensive in my experience. honestly cheddar is a mediocre cheese compared to all the alternatives, but its ridiculously popular because of how cheap it is.
