Dropping this here, but after having tried 13 different mice of all shape and sizes (XM1r, GPW, GPX, Deathadder elite, etc...) and having a very small hand (around 15.7 cm long) this combo has been ridiculously good to use.
(I'm a foward claw gripper btw)

-Artisan Hien Soft XL
-Finalmouse Ultralight 2, paracorded, hyperglides (I will probably try corepads out to see which one i prefer.), (and a modded mousewheel)
-Camade II

In conclusion, if you have small hands try to look online, on ebay etc to get yourself a UL2 it's still a god mouse imo. I found one for €85 with shipping second hand from some fortnite pro player on twitter, so you can probably found something as good if you're ready to look around a lot.
And maybe someday I'll try to get my hands on a Stralight 12 !

zambzbought an xtrfy mz1 recently after my zowie fk2's mouse1 stopped working, really happy with it
low weight, good mouse feet and i suppose also the shape make it incredibly easy to move around to the point where i had to lower my sens for it to feel normal, im now on 800 dpi 1,6 ingame and still find big yet precise movements really easy to make with this mouse, would recommend

having a cable is sort of annoying but after tying the excess up i dont really notice it while playing

how good do you think the mouse is for fingertip grip?

I have one too. If you like to grip your the mouse the way RJN grips it (Thumb on left side w/ ring finger + pinky on right side) then it's great. Just dont try to palm it and you should be good to go.

if anyone's a fan of the Zowie S series they just released the C versions of the S1 and S2 yesterday, which have a significant weight reduction (72g and 69g respectively) and paracord-like cable :OO

they don't seem to have one for IME. Corepad is the only IME feet that Lethal Gaming stocks.

edit: absolutely insane shipping costs from that site

Any rec's for a wireless mouse with a similar shape to the g305/original gpro. Not a fan of the big humpback style of the gpro wireless. Looking for light weight, small size, rechargable battery.

Top candidate so far is glorious model o wireless or Razer Viper Ultimate

Starlight-12 (lol gl finding this for a reasonable price) or some of the wireless viper mini clones (pwnage symm 2, maybe there are others) seem to tick all 3 of your boxes.

Orochi v2 is light-weight ish (iirc like 67g if you switch to a lighter battery) but it's not rechargeable.

A bit of a dumb question, but why is it whenever I look at mouse reviews nobody even mentions the Deathadder V2 Pro? It doesn't show on latency charts, it's not recommended or not recommended by anybody either. Is there something that I've missed? been using a deathadder for about 8 years now

I got one about a month ago, I've had no problems with it at all so far (as far as the mouse goes). Good shape, not heavy at all, and decent battery life with the LEDs off. I also like that you can store your profiles on the mouse so at least you don't need the razer software running full time.

That said, the software is a bit fucking aids, it's like a 500MB download and if you don't have it installed, when you plug in your mouse to charge it hangs all USB for a second then prompts you to download the drivers and everything else starts working again.

Overall I'd recommend it if you can get it on sale (I did), because I don't think it's worth retail price given the software issues.

Any recommendations for a mousepad? I have my eyes on a mousepad by X-Raypad called Aqua Control 2 but I have also heard a lot of good things about Artisan mousepad especially the Hayate Otsu so I'm kind of torn between the two, one is $35 and the other is like $60+ depending on the thickness and size.

P.S. stitched edges is a must

Heard good things about the Aqua Control II, so it’s not a bad choice at all. If you go in the Artisan route I recommend the Zero when it comes to control, or the Hien if you want a fast pad, also pretty sure every Artisan has stitched edges as well but I could be wrong.

Artisan has insanely good stitched edges. Artisan isn't that expensive for the pad itself, but the shipping cost is miserable if you order from the site directly. You can get them on amazon, but you need to make sure you're getting a real one and not some fake/clone of one. Hayate otsu, hien and zero are all very good. Aqua control 2 is really good but they're pretty much never in stock so that should be factored in I guess.

Get either one of the regular LGG pads or an Artisan. Anything else is pretty pointless. LGG has the best quality for the price and comes in deskpad size, while Artisan has the best quality bar none. You could also look into the LGG pro pads which have similar quality to Artisan, but they're not as good and if you were gonna buy an expense pad to begin with you might as well buy from the best. I have a Hayate Otsu XSoft I bought recently and this blows everything I had out of the water.

Having read all the posts after mine I went and looked at all of them (the LGG Saturn/Saturn Pro were sold out) so decided to settle on the Aqua Control 2 (Night Sakura) in deskpad size, mainly because I thought it will fit my peripherals setup nicely. Thanks for the recommendations!

i've had some free time for the last few months, so i got a bunch of mousepads.

and of all of them, this is the best one i've ever owned:
https://lamzu.com/collections/lamzu-energon/products/lamzu-energon-mouse-pad

my only wish is for it to be in deskmat size, but this is worth the tradeoff. it's comparable in size to any XL artisan pad anyway, which is fine for most setups.

this is the only cloth pad i've tried that does not benefit in any way from an arm sleeve. most cloth pads require a careful consideration of their stitching angles in order to find a compatible cloth sleeve that doesn't add additional friction to the X and/or Y axes. unlike every other mouse pad i own, you don't even need to worry about a sleeve. with about 3 weeks of heavy usage, this has not degraded out of the box with sweaty palm + arm contact; it does not get muddier as intense play sessions continue. with that said, if you do need to use an arm sleeve for some other reason, i haven't found any that works well with it (including turning them all inside-out).

the lamzu energon is, in every way, a better artisan raiden (mid; didn't try the softs).

compared to the raiden:
it has better XY symmetry (raiden has slightly more Y friction than X; this has slightly less than the raiden -- i usually play with my mouse pad vertically rather than horizontally for any vertical aim scenarios, like tf2 or tile frenzy/gridshot stuff, and while both do well vertically, this manages to be just a bit more comfortable);

the raiden has some sort of powdered coating that wears off & adds a muddied feeling during a play session, which causes my arm to stick to it slightly & the initial friction of my mouse skates, glass & ptfe, to stick a bit more. i haven't replicated that feeling on the energon mousepad yet.

it has slightly more discreet edge stitching than the raiden, which means there's no real bump on the edge of your arm that lightly irritates me. this is namely true when using the mousepad horizontally, but it is slightly better vertically than the raiden too.

very low static & dynamic friction with any skates. it works great with ptfe, glass, and sapphire.

this basically does everything i wanted glass pads to do; it provides a fast glide without feeling like my arm sticks to the surface. the only pads i've used that are "faster" are the artisan shidenkai & the fnatic jet, but they both have some significant downsides.

the shidenkai has a glass coating which wears out pretty quickly, and then it basically degrades to a soft hien with all of its XY/friction tradeoffs.

the fnatic jet is really cool, but it muddies very badly if you sweat, and its glass skate support is poor. it also barely works with a few mouse sleeves, with specific cloth stitching & material structure; all the mouse sleeves i have add friction. the only way you could really justify it is if you don't sweat, or if you use a deltahub carpio g2.0 or a flashe gaming glove/sleeve to ensure purely ptfe contact on the pad.

some other mousepads i do not recommend:
xraypad's thor (a worse version of the fnatic jet)
xraypad's aqua speed (poor XY symmetry, better arm feel than the artisan hien but very poor arm sleeve support so it is hard to manage the added friction)
skypad 2.0/3.0 (if you live in a clean room &/or neurotically keep your glass pad clean at all times, it has slightly less static friction than the energon/raiden/jet with more dynamic friction -- otherwise, the scratchy feeling of ptfe skates hitting against any dust/debris/skin oils/hair makes it virtually unusable)

some other mousepads that i like/have justifiable tradeoffs:
artisan hayate otsu (my previous favorite mousepad; more static & much more dynamic friction, amazing XY symmetry & skin feel, and manageable arm sleeve support)
artisan raiden (more expensive & worse version of the lamzu, but great pad all around -- similarly very poor support for arm sleeves as the energon)
odin infinity v2 2xl mousepad (basically a deskpad artisan hien with a slightly better arm feel, but still a bit scratchy/"pokey" out of the box)
artisan hien (poor XY symmetry, but good control & good arm sleeve support by virtue of easily identifiable XY stitching -- irritates my arm otherwise, so very very weakly recommend)

-------------------

even though my glass pad experience has been very poor, i'm still interested in the following if anyone's adventurous enough or, by coincidence, has tried them & could share their experiences:
https://www.machinaultima.com/
they supposedly can texture their glass with varying degrees of friction, to mimic an equivalent cloth experience.
