What did della actually do to get perma banned? Anyone got the details?
Also it seems there is a concern about the length of the pug due to the b4nny config (progressive ruleset), so I propose the idea of shortening the map timer from 30 minutes to 20 minutes that way it might help with the pugs potentially going 45+ minutes which has been happening quite often recently.

I second this idea, similar to PugChamp where if you lose a pug 5-0 in less than 15 minutes the captain of the team gets captain restricted, and the cooldown should get progressively longer too if they continue to pick awful teams
