For what it's worth, a comprehensive list of individuals (which included Sideshow) was compiled and sent directly to Valve not too long ago, so I'm not sure that they're particularly interested in giving anyone one in the near future.

It's definitely a travesty that he hasn't received one yet (as well as many others).
