Is sample rate the same as frequency? It says my headset has a frequency of 20hz-20khz. Or how do i find it out.
JunoIf you're using 2 separate cables for the headset, are you using the front panel inputs or is it going in the back of your pc?
Some front panels can be fucking awful
Using back IO for the headphones and front IO for speakers that i sometimes use.
SentiIdk how valid this is nowadays but I remember 10+ years ago, me and a bunch of other people had the same issue and disabling stereo mix in your recording devices fixed it. Worth a shot since it takes 2 seconds to fix
already tried this, see original post
SetsulThough you can try unplugging the mic and see what happens.
I tried out some things, i can unplug the mic on the headset. When doing that my friend could still hear my audio (but it was quieter).
But when I only unplugged the mic cable, he couldnt hear himself anymore at all.
SetsulAny interesting audio settings/software that could have loopback enabled?
Using back IO for the headphones and front IO for speakers.
I had to mess around in the audio console for this to work, this is what advanced settings look like:
(i only have 1 front io socket idk why it says 2)
