That isnt the overall goal with this new team. One other thing everyone fails to bring up is how it was a team decision and not mine. Change and megaboy were the ones who brought up cutting kohly in the first place. yes i'm the leader and made the final decision, but id didnt plan on cutting kohly, i had to make decisions as a team leader for the team.

Yes i thought so too. We weren't seeing the super great main caller kohly was before on jags team, but we knew he could do it so at first we thought it was just an off couple of days for him, but then when it continued, we asked him to do some practice and commit a bit more so he could be more consistent. He couldn't commit though so we ended up making a team decision to cut him, because kohly's main calling just wasn't happening. He is a great guy and when he actually main calls and cares and gives it his all he is amazing, but allot of the time he is distracted and super busy and it takes away from his ability to keep being the great caller he showed me in s25.

Ive just realized its practically irreparable, I do nothing wrong but somehow people turn it into me doing something bad. doesn't matter if i do right things or not as the rep will only get worse. might as well just speak my mind and leave it at that.

the problem is that you took a low open roster and stacked it. clout up was 1-3, so they would be facing the lower side of open and you took that and made it a roster that was way out of that skill level. there were other things you could've done besides take over the roster that would have gone over better. the worst part is crate isn't even mad at you, she just wishes you told her what was going on.

edit: even if we did find better players, thats literally almost a new team. 3-4 new players is a pretty big difference. what team leader is gonna intentionally turn down good dedicated players who dont have teams because the old team went 1-3.

im sorry, my team can back me up on this. rice doesn't practice, he doesn't take critiscism from mechacop or mikemat, We've asked him to demo review 3 times and hes never done it because he simply doesn't have the time. We talked to him on multiple occasions and in the end it was the team decision, NOT MINE, to cut him. Sorry if you think im a snake or whatever.
