Alright, so I primarily listen to metal/rock, but there are a few rappers I'm really into. Most of the rap I hear, I hate. If I list some rappers I enjoy listening to, can you guys recommend some others I should check out? Thanks mates.

Jay Z
Kid Cudi
Nas
Biggy
Dr. Dre (Old stuff)
Snoop (Also his older stuff)

some of my favorites:
- Daniel Dumile (EVERY single project of his is pure awesomeness and yes, his collab with Madlib, "Madvillainy" is absolute classic and for me personally the absolute masterpiece in terms of lyrics)
- Death Grips (since you're into metal/rock you might dig it, really extreme and catchy band)
- A Tribe Called Quest (if you are not into bragging about money and bitches but much more into clever wording, jazz instrumentals and overall relaxed vibe and atmosphere)
- Kendrick Lamar (just to know who's kinda on top of the game now, his recent album is widely considered as AOTY so why not checking it out)
also if you're into Dre/Snoop's stuff I think you might like Ice Cube. I didn't really listen to him much but they're all pretty similar from what I've heard of them

For stuff like Dre and Snoop:

Tha Dogg Pound (Kurput + Daz Dillinger)
Warren G
Nate Dogg's solo stuff

For stuff like Nas, Biggie, RD-era Jay:

Wu-Tang
Gang Starr
Kool G Rap
Organized Konfusion
Mobb Deep

For Blueprint-era Jay (Kanye & Just Blaze type production):

Kanye West
Cam'Ron (specifically Purple Haze for quality Just Blaze beats)
Lupe Fiasco
Exhibit C by Jay Electronica is an amazing song.
