Parquet Courts was pretty amazing, the energy in a small basement was incredible

Also Julian Casablancas and the Voidz was pretty special, doing Instant Crush and the demo of You Only Live Once

Fall Out Boy + New Politics in Philly, and then Fall Out Boy + Streetlight Manifesto + a lot more at Skate n Surf / Six Flags two weeks later.

Fall Out Boy came off hiatus, girlfriend at the time really wanted to go to both, New Politics' singer breakdances and walks on the crowd, and Streetlight Manifesto is really good.

E: First show ever was August Burns Red + some bad / little bands (Bring Me The Horizon, Emarosa, Polar Bear Club, This is Hell) when Constellations was their newest album. The energy was insane.

Foo Fighters in Lollapalooza Brazil 2012 in São Paulo.

Besides it being my favorite band, their interaction with the crowd is amazing. I went to their concert this year in the Maracanã Stadium too, but as I got to be nearer the stage and the quality of the sound was a bit better, the Lollapalooza's one is still my favorite.

The most memorable for me are something like:

Slayer because it was my first show and they played Reign in Blood in its entirety

GWAR

Down

Danzig with Doyle performing Misfits songs

Dillinger Escape Plan

Suffocation

Secret Chiefs 3 featuring Danny Heifetz making the band half of Mr Bungle. Just have to see Fantomas to see the other half.

I don't go to many concerts, but I really enjoyed when I got to see Origin at a small venue. Got to chat with the drummer (John Longstreth) for a bit, was nifty.

Foo Fighters in Vancouver 2011 was probably my favorite concert, going to see them this year in Vancouver again, cant wait!

Saw Foreigner at the PNE summer 2013, and that was a really good show too.

Rock The Shores for the past 3 years has brought a lot of good bands,

54-40 is one of my favorite, love them.
    Sloan was really good live
Jimmy Eat World were so good
    Monster Truck/BrightLight Social Hour/KONOGOS/Sam Roberts/The Stanfields/Loverboy were all good
    Naked and Famous were amazing
    Weezer was great
    Ourladypeace good too.
They had the Tragically Hip for the first one, who were so good I saw them again this january

And for the most awkward concert, THE SHINS
Was in a theater in town, everyone was sitting, except for these drunk girls with me and my friend who were dancing, everyone gave us weird looks, but come on. Its a concert, fucking stand up! The band was awesome though, which was good

I've been to mostly country concerts but I went to see Creed and that was pretty mediocre. I saw Nickelback once in concert and I don't really like their music but I gotta say that was a great show

Only ever been to two concerts, but they were both amazing.
Saw Steely Dan with my friend Erick at Marymoor Park in Redmond in early July, there were only like 10 people not over 40 there, lol.
On September 9th I brought Erick to see Coheed and Cambria perform my favorite album, "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3" in Seattle. That was probably the greatest 3 hours of my life.
I'm going to see Lana Del Rey with Erick and our friend Drake in May - that should be interesting :P

I live on a stupid island where bands never come.. but I've seen some sick shows away from here.

CKY, Dillinger Escape Plan (they played Come to Daddy), QOTSA, Alexisonfire, Fall of Troy, all pretty rad times

ILLEGALELEPHANTGUNsnip

i dislike the meatlocker to the point where i won't go there anymore unless the bands are like top tier

Glad to see so many Iron Maiden fans. I've seen them in many countries, types of venue(festival, arena, race track...), on many tours and throughout the years. It's always an amazingly energetic experience and the crowds are generally very friendly, especially at Maiden's own shows. Up the irons!

Going to see Vicente Amigo twice in the next three days, I have high hopes for those concerts as well.

my old girlfriend, her mom had a thing with modest mouse's tour manager. they where coming to Detroit and she managed to get backstage passes. The show was fuckin awesome, at the time (highschool) I had some faith in the ol' double M and freaked out when they opened with whale song. This guy next to me was like trying to light up a joint in the crowd and there was this dickhead photographer guy that ratted him out and some other kids for taking pictures,

when it was over we met up with stephen yates and he took us downstairs to meet the band. everyone was scattered and we went into this room like the size of a broom closet and found Tom Peloso and Plummer tryin to make a bowl out of an apple. Someone gave us a corn cob pipe and we smoked outta that. I asked where issac was and he started explaining the meaning behind, "its nice on ice" Issac apparently purchased this ice box bed freezer thing from michael jackson, who couldnt afford it at the time. now he lays in it after shows on tour. I had no idea if this was true or not, but it was probably the most wild stoner tale told by anyone ive heard. so we go outside to me issac and some of the guys are like pushing each other around in shopping carts and doing stupid shit.

stephen introduces us to issac and we start talking. we where talking about this one kid during the show that kept trying to crowed serf, and issac was like, "I used to mosh, then I slam danced and then eventually I just stopped fuckin around and listened to the music" . We took a picture together and went back to the car. It was so cool to shake his hand and actually see him face to face.

Any of the five years I went to Sasquatch. 2011 or 2013 was probably the best.

Way too many great acts to pick my favorites.

That was actually my first Sasquatch ('08 if I remember correctly). Mars Volta and Flaming Lips probably made that year for me. Flaming Lips played the closing act with a crazy UFO show. Invited a lot of people on stage. So much insane shit happened that year.
