If you're crouched against a wall directly to your right or left, look at a slight angle horizontally away from the wall and hold your corresponding movement key against the wall awhile moving forward/back, you'll go faster than normal crouching.

Not a perfect example, but here's it being used.

This is likely an artifact of wallstrafing, a quirk of the goldSrc engine. In goldSrc games you get a lot more speed (roughly 1.5x), and you don’t have to crouch. You can see it in at the beginning of the most recent half life run here.

Not possible in etf2l due to plugins, but if there is a medigun on the ground, you can use uber, swap to the one on the floor, then pick it back up to preserve ubercharge. It is ALLOWED in rgl, and you can even use it in creative ways such as this if you wish (although it isnt very good).

Pressing left alt and moving your mouse makes you walk really slowly.

Not exactly forgotten but one that I don't think everyone knows is that the announcer will not yell about the control point being capped if there was any sort of captime before you went on it.

AelkyrPressing left alt and moving your mouse makes you walk really slowly.

the behavior is caused by +strafe, which is bound to left alt by default

moving like this won't register for the dm afk timer a lot of scrim servers use
