you can't selectively reduce body fat in certain areas -- you can only manipulate your body fat %. people hold their fat in different areas based on genetics (so someone with a higher body fat % than you might have more visible abs than you).

i'd say don't worry so much about the abs and just focus on altering your body composition over the years building muscle / dropping BF% eventually

If you're 14 you are still gonna grow taller at least a little bit, so that baby fat around your belly will disappear as you get older

do a routine where you mostly do compound lifts such as bench press, overhead press, pullups/chinups, rows, squats and deadlifts, but you're only 14 years old so i would wait till i'm at least 16 or 18, but even if you are 14 you should still improve your diet or do bodyweight exercises.

There is no easy way/shortcut to have a good body. Play sports and once you get old enough, buy gym membership and get on a beginner program.

To get to a six-pack, you mostly just have to eat a healthy/clean diet and do enough exercise every day. If your diet is fairly clean and you do enough exercise every day, then you should have no problem staying lean. Otherwise, consider doing more (especially in the diet department). Most people in the first world are very defensive of their diets and consider it a very personal matter, which is really bad considering the first-world obesity crisis. I'd advise you to first take a step back and look at what you are eating every day, especially in relation to the kind of exercise you're doing. If you're eating junk food (potato chips, ice cream, fast food, etc) on a daily basis, then you're probably doing it wrong. I was able to become a lot leaner by just eating fruits like Oranges, Watermelons, Pineapples, etc. rather than eating junk when I was hungry.

There are some other factors like how much muscle you have and your genetics that can determine if you have a six-pack or not, but most people will have a six-pack if they're just lean.

leviathanI did 200 crunches and 50 ab wheel exercises a day for 5 months, and voila

this will strengthen your core, but won't help you aesthetically unless you also include a proper diet. You cant just do situps/crunches and expect to have a good body if you continue to eat a lot of processed food.s One easy way that a lot of people cut down of their bf% is by reducing or cutting out carbs from their diet. This is good if you want to lose weight and have visible abs but will make it A LOT harder to make gains in other areas. The best way overall id say would be to combine cardio, weight training and healthy CLEAN eating(not necessarily cutting out carbs completely).
