I was trying to repair my floor using a plank and then a very big nasty splinter shoved all the way down inside my skin. After hours I ignored it and the next morning I didnt care either but then it started to itch and the foreskin has blocked it. Help.

you should always remove splinters asap or it can lead to nasty consequences, why did you wait until skin grew around it??
i usually use a needle or sharp scissors, can be pretty painful but other than physically pulling them out i know no ways of dealing with them
a couple times i had to cut out the uppermost skin layer around the splinter to get to it because it was really deep
good luck
(visiting a doctor is always an option btw)

it depends on what part its located, the thinner the skin the more pain ull get, but yea using needle is best option doesnt hurt at all even if its deep, you can allways ice that spot it gets numb and then do your magic :D

sterilise a needle then try to prick the skin around it so it's not covered any more. press around it to try to squeeze it out, or try sucking it out

If the hit film War of the Worlds™ (2005) has taught me anything it's that the body will just push the splinter out when it's ready to do so. It's good practice to let the splinter feel welcome inside your body, keep it warm and comfortable, when I had one on my finger I drew a face around it and the splinter was the nose. When it was eventually coming out it looked like Pinocchio was telling a big lie as his nose grew longer and longer over time!

This one time in a 7 day trip to the desert I had a pain in one of my heels for 3 days, When I finally looked at my foot I noticed a small stone deep inside my heel with skin already healed around it. I went to one of the medics and asked for a stich cutter with an antiseptic and explained to him that I wanted to take it out but he said that they are not allowed to carry that kind of equipment (what the fuck) and that he only has a dull pair of safety scissors. So I had to dig through my foot to take out a small stone with something that barely even cuts, at least I learned to always bring a better first aid kit on my own.

Step 2: Dig in there and pull it the fuck out

I prefer pulling/digging with tweezers, but since you've left it in it *may* be starting to heal over, so you may need to open it up a bit to get in there with the tweezers.

You *could* just leave it - your body will push it out slowly over time - but you run the risk of infection, and discomfort for quite a while.

I'd do what marxist said, but sterilize the tweezers with some rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide first

Just get a sewing needle and peel off the layers of skin around the splinter until you can easily pick out the splinter. It's much easier and honestly less painful than trying to pull it out immediately.
