This mostly only applies to high schoolers, but I would really appreciate if anyone could fill out this survey for my psych class

Is it possible for you to publish your results someway somehow? Because I am a psychology major myself in college and would like to see them.

I'm guessing cumulative GPA is an American thing since I've never heard of it, what does it measure?

nykI'm guessing cumulative GPA is an American thing since I've never heard of it, what does it measure?

It's like a letter grade translates to a number
A=4
B=3
Etc.
Then you average all them assuming classes are weighted evenly (which they are for most)
Edit: also thank you so much everyone I believe it's over 100 rn

Seems like a cool investigation, however if its in purpose of coursework (and if you're being graded upon it?) Your teacher may slam on it pretty hard on its validity side so be careful I guess? If you're meant to have to evaluate it then ignore me and I'm not quite sure where high school level is in like years etc so this may be complete nonsense also.

(would also like to know results)
And filled it:) GL

you might want to consider changing question 3 (Are you focused when doing your homework? (do you have your phone out? Is the TV on? Do you have music playing?)), it's kind of confusing for a yes or no answer.

Just FYI, self-selected / non-random responses introduce bias, as will picking a specific demographic such as "TF2 comp players"... best would be to say, go through your school's directory and ask every 5th person to take the survey, or something similar.

Better yet, segregate the demographics, so any trends can appear easier.

MelonTFevery 5th person is also bias, unless you truly conduct an SRS you really cant win

every 5th person is systematic random sampling and can be considered as good as a SRS.

Good students might be more likely to respond. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
