I'm unsure however if you must officially be a trademark owner in order for the DMCA Take Down to be honored though.
But if Fryotech actually cares, I'd probably just start by asking the team leader to change it. If they don't, contact an ESEA admin. If they do nothing then send ESEA / the ISP Server hosting provider an official DMCA Take Down Letter.
