its not weird if you lose literally every scrim and match. multiple teams go through that every year. scrim other teams with similar records, dont worry about facing people at the top. you have nothing to learn from playing them

it depends on the amount of teams that sign up.

Is there anyone in tf2 who gets paid by an org for doing something?

ESEA has always paid its league admins, and more recently EVL is paying some of its production staff. Other than that, I'm not aware of anyone else in the scene that's getting paid right now.

enigma gets "paid" or the ads on the site although I'm not entirely sure where that money goes because it's probably not all going back into his pocket
dango also gets donations for pugme every once in a while
and of course people with sub buttons on twitch (kaidus mangachu banny)

edit: and of course blank and tri, filthy sandbaggers

There's also YouTubers and I too am paid a little (not by Saloon).
