I've tested this in a casual community server before and it makes soil exponentially more fun than he was before. The shotgun is an amazing and great, but I never wanted to use it because it made me not want to rocket jump. However, I wonder how much competitive would change if all the sudden, you could have soldiers just as mobile as they were before, but with shotguns, banners, and the manntreads. People tend to complain about scouts a lot more and he can still pull punches even if the soil has a shotgun in MGE, so maybe it's not so bad.

I also gave this change to demo when I tested it, but that I think you could just jump out of bad environments for free. What do you think?
