voted for bernie last time, i couldn't give a shit about voting for hillary (probably should have thrown my vote to a third party so they get some more #s). but still doesn't matter especially in such a blue state as california

Imagine 1) Having caucases and not just normal primaries. 2) Having delegates and superdelegates 3) Deciding what delegates goes to who by coin flips (in case of ties)

Yes. Although the Iowa caucus doesn't ultimately give many delegates (candidates need ~2000 to be the democratic nominee, Iowa only gives ~43 and they are divvied up instead of all to the winner) it's a big moral victory to win the first state. Joe Biden not getting any delegates is a really bad thing for him. Sanders winning the state means there's much more hope that he can pull off the upset against Biden, and that's reflecting in most recent polls.

i was kind of surprised how blatant this stuff all was but then i remembered that these are the same people who murdered jeffrey epstein in front of all of our faces. im just waiting for the headline to come out "Bernie Sanders find to have committed suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head two times tomorrow"

Caucusing takes a long fucking time so voter turnout is usually really low, also, the Republicans didn't need to Caucus since nobody is really running against Trump. Also if you aren't registered to the party (which most people aren't) you aren't allowed to caucus to begin with.

"The coming of Caesarism breaks the dictature of money and its political weapon, democracy. After a long triumph of world-city economy and its interests over political creative force, the political side of life manifests itself after all as the stronger of the two. The sword is victorious over the money, the master-will subdues again the plunderer-will."

"The private powers of the economy want free paths for their acquisition of great resources. No legislation must stand in their way. They want to make the laws themselves, in their interests, and to that end they make use of the tool they have made for themselves, democracy, the subsidized party. Law needs, in order to resist this onslaught, a high tradition and an ambition of strong families that finds its satisfaction not in the heaping-up of riches, but in the tasks of true rulership, above and beyond all money-advantage. A power can be overthrown only by another power, not by a principle, and no power that can confront money is left but this one. Money is overthrown and abolished only by blood."
