This sounds weird, but I space the fuck out when I play mge. Jump maps with chill music is also pretty good. If I feel really mad and fear that I'll smash something I'll hop on my bike and bike for as long as I feel I need before I calm down.

Climbing ain't chill, it is actually incredibly exhausting. It's mad fun, though

I find it pretty relaxing. Especially when I'm doing it outdoors somewhere and it's sunny and warm out and I can lie down on a big ol' rock between climbs or chill at the belay ledge...

I mean just tell me this ain't one of the most peaceful places to be:

You can just leave all your worries and woes 600 feet below you on the ground.

Also unless you're in a comp or something all the moves become super focused zen sorts of things. When you're on a wall climbing you don't think about stuff other than being on a wall climbing, and all the moves become calm and calculated, not frantic.

I used to be really stressy and would suffer from frequent migraine/headache attacks because of this. Here's some things I do if I feel stressed/bad and need to calm down. Don't know if this will work for you but I personally recommend:
-Listen to relaxing music. Nujabes, Emancipator, Tycho, chillstep mixes and videos labeled relaxing mixes, cafe del mar, you know the kind. Relaxing instrumentals and jazz are also good. Avoid up tempo if you can, unless this makes you feel better, it's a personal thing, I guess. (Note: You can just lay in bed with this kind of music on if you are feeling tired and have the possibility to do so)
-Watch your favorite comedians perform. Seriously, watching a 1-2 hour show is always perfect if you need to cheer up. Some of my personal favorites: Frankie Boyle, Jimmy Carr, Jim Jefferies, Alex Agnew, John Bishop, ... Laughter really is the best medicine.
-Meet up with some people you actually /want/ to hang around with. Go do something like watch a movie, get a beer, ...
