playing half an hour of dm a day will benefit you more than grinding it for 5
dont change your setup e.g. sensitivity, resolution, huds etc

= prem/invite in a couple months

Take a break from playing like mentioned above. It's either too hard for you to see yourself improving or you're slowly burning yourself out.

If you can't help the itch to play (a good sign) do some invite/prem demo reviews of whatever roles you prefer playing. If your DM plateaus your gamesense might be the next thing to work on for now

There's more to DM than just clicking where you want to. Try being more patient with shots, force yourself to try a slightly different aiming style. Taking a break for a few days and try to come back with a different perspective is good

of all your tf2 hours, how long would you say you spent on dm/mge/jump?

I've not asked too many people but I think Rising said around 1k while alba said 4 or 5k.
