these strange black wireframes keep appearing on my screen. They appear in the same place each time and also change pattern depending on what direction I look. They look like a stream of boxes rather than any specific model.

also, the black box contract doesn't count kills, and the loose cannon doesn't count doubles either

for those who hv disappearing flames and cant be fixed by adding dxlevel95 in launch options, you can try to add
"-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_i" in the launch options if you are using an intel cpu, it works for me

QuickSilvershorasCan't finish weapon contract cause my weapon disappeared after logging off.
Reactivate the contract: activate any other contract and then the one you need. That should give the temporary weapon again.

I don't actually have any other contract I can activate.
Nvm, you can apparently activate previous contracts if you haven't done the bonus.

So I have tried to play Team Fortress 2 today because of the pyro update guess what life hates me contracker doesn't work, I ve tried many things of dxlevel -90 and stuff but i still can't see it working, it just stays a black screen

It is functionally the same (no splash fall-off, unless boosted oddly enough, and huge knockback), but yeah, it is not as exciting without the extra bits :( .

Pvt_Parrot- almost sure that the prettybois pocket pistol doesn't have the +15% firing speed bonus and actually fires slower than the normal pistol, looks like the firing speed remains like it was before the update (-25%)
- atomizer gives you the third jump as soon as you hit 3, don't have to wait until the weapon is "deployed" (i.e. you can attack with it); looks like a bug because:

you could technically just bind switching to melee, then jump, then switch back to one key and have the previous behaviour of the weapon

I can confirm the pocket pistol is actually shooting slower than stock. Going frame by frame it takes 1.39 seconds for the pistol to fire 9 rounds and 1.51 seconds for the pocket pistol to shoot 9.

I'm pretty sure the atomizer is working exactly as intended valve is just incompetent and made it deploy 50 percent slower instead of holstering 50 percent slower which is what it would take to actually combat abusing it similar to winger quickswitch scripts.

If you already completed a contract you should be able to still activate it, that's what I did when I had to do the new flamethrower contract and it suddenly just got evaporated out of my inventory.

Yeah I had just edited my post since I wasn't sure if that was the case.
If that's how it is then I don't really have any idea since that's the only remedy I've seen.
