Hiya.

I'm looking to play Medic on a team for S25. Hoping to find a team of dedicated individuals who communicate and have good attitudes about the game (like handling losing) and each other (being non-toxic). To me, that's more important than division / skill / performance - as its what made most BLANC seasons so enjoyable - so it doesn't bother me if I have to play Open again. Though I would really like a chance to actually play well in IM for once. I'd really like if I could be on a team with a vocal maincaller - it lets me focus on my game and if I have to be micro'd super hard I'm okay with that. In fact, I'd argue that all those seasons of me maincalling has nurtured bad habits that I'd like to get rid of (and I'm trying to purge those in pugs though it is rather selfish to do so).

I do take a little while in opening up to new teammates, but if I like you then it's only a matter of time. The current problem is that I'll be busy with my last semester of school / graduating which goes until May 10th, so my chances for tryouts until then will be very spotty. And with the season starting soon after (unless extensions happen, heh) it'll probably be tough for me to find a team. However, I can promise that I'll put in 100% effort to "catchup" once college is done with, and I'm usually very vocal about things like availabilities and the like.

Relevant team history includes a season of IM with Mumble Robots in S19 and four seasons of Open / IM leading BLANC Esports. Thanks for reading.

One of the nicest people you will meet in tf2 and he has good mechanics and understanding of the game

Tery can get a little down on himself sometimes but he is always positive and encouraging of his teammates

Has a really good heart. Deserving of a team that functions as friends.

Tery's really nice. He's good at medic and once he doesn't have to worry about school he'll get even better. He doesn't get toxic or angry.

He's really nice and I'm pretty sure it's impossible to tilt him. I have played some very very bad and aids Mixchamp games with him and he's never tilted once. He's also a really smart player with a good understanding of the game. Would recommend.

Can get a little bit down on himself but he's seriously the chilliest, kindest guy with a ton of great experience. Do not pass this man up!

Love Tery, super supportive and always a positive influence for the team. Lots of experience. If forced to play open, will easily be one of the best medics in the division.
Not having enough time for the game because of school was a pain in the ass but if school is ending then it should be smooth sailing.

Can main-call effectively but he really shouldn't at an IM level. Not because the calls are bad but because he (and mostly all medics) need to focus on doing medic shit and not directing the whole team. Can easily hang with lots of IM medics but, as he said in the OP, would really shine with a Main calling pocket so he can just focus on his mechanics.

His skill in finding smoking hot asian dancing gifs are unparalleled.

He's mad chill and nice but I have to agree with others and say he can be kind of hard on himself sometimes. I think he has the experience and game knowledge down but could afford to work on mechanics and playing his own game. For a team looking to stick together for multiple seasons and improve, he's definitely a good pickup though, super dedicated player and non-toxic.

he triggered the hell out of me one pugs recently tho where there were 30 seconds left and instead of getting out with me and waiting to repush with spawners, he decided to stay committed to pushing last (without saying anything)
and was silently fighting the enemy demoman for like 15 seconds and threw the game >:(

Sounds like you pussied out on a 2v1 that Tery would have won if you were there to back him up! :)

Awesome dude, loved talking to him numerous times over the past couple years. Probably a very fast learner in the right team as well.

Blanc Esports in S20 has so far been the best experience of TF2 competitive for me, Tery was a big part of why I enjoyed it so much. Great person to talk to, and a pretty good medic.

Tery has been my mentor for about 5 esea seasons now. He has helped me go from a low open medic to making it into IM this season. He has a huge mass of knowledge on the game and just how to play medic in general, and he's always been super friendly and nice to everyone on my teams. Tery is an amazing person and deserves a team of similar individuals.
