Hey lads,
So i decided to buy myself a new mouse for Christmas, since my current one is starting to get worse.
So my current idea is to buy Rival 100 from Steelseries, but as i know, many people would suggest Zowie FK series, becouse these mice have top sensors.
So, what do you guys think? Should i get a cheaper, but with many features mouse or should i get a little bit more expensive mouse, but with the best sensor in the market?

EDIT: I usually use my mouse with fingetips, and i have a medium hand (idk)

G900 or G403 wireless
all depends on which chassis/form factor you prefer
those are the two best mice on the market PERIOD
THERE'S NO NEED TO GET WIRED MICE ANYMORE
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

It's a bit hard to suggest a good mouse for you without knowing your grip or hand size.

Get a Nixeus Revel when it gets on Massdrop again. Same price as a rival then (or five dollars more straight from Nixeus), same shape too, but a 3360 as a sensor.

I had the rival, do not purchase it. The build quality is not as good as zowie or logitech.

The reason why the build quality was so bad, was because the side grip (made of rubber) has nothing behind it. It eventually wore away, and the internals of the mouse were exposed.

I currently have a zowie ec2-a, which has lasted me about 8 months of heavy use.

Don't get me wrong, I like my g403 just as much as the next guy, but that's not to say it's definitively THE mouse to get.

IMO the most important thing is just that it fits your hand/grip style well.

If you can't hold it in your hand comfortably, it's a no-go, even if it's got the best sensor or scroll wheel or wireless technology.

The price is obviously a huge factor but I haven't found the battery life to be an issue at all. I just leave it plugged into the USB charger overnight or during classes. It's not like you need to be using it 24x7 or stockpiling AA batteries lol.

FK1/FK2 is perfect for fingertip. FK1+ is a bit too large to fingertip comfortably, imo.

Why are you getting downfragged? Literally nothing he said here is false. The g900 has better response times than most wired mice on the market.

I think the dm1 pro S would work great for you.

nixeus revel is a really good mouse, with an amazing sensor (pmw 3360) and is at the very low price of 50 euros. doesnt have any software atm but is currently being developed.
