As far as I can tell, most people are seeing an increase in hat/misc drops

i found a hat on wednesday, and while scrimming yesterday a guy on the other team found one too, it does seem pretty frequent lately

I recieved 3 engi hats this week I think this game is trying to tell me something

yeah hat drops stopped for ages and then last month they started again, this week for some reason the drop rate seems to have been increased a lot

I found a description tag and a decal tool within a couple days so its likely something did change.
