I know it's tame, but I really love walking. I try to do 4-10 miles every morning.

you can pick any hobby you'd like, small stuff like collecting rocks or bottle caps, to full fledged competitive gliding or deep sea diving.
Try to see what your area is known for! If there are dance schools nearby hop by and check when there is a tryout session. Install a geocache app and combine it with taking walks. Use untappd and try out beers, buy the bob ross paint set to try recreating one of his paintings whilst watching twitch... do whatever you think is fun.

I've started running and playing in a casual adult basketball team since I realised just playing video games all day is not a great expenditure of time.

I enjoy doing something "creative" every now and then, such as building something out of wood.

I also like fixing / upgrading things like electronics, bikes, scooters, cars motorcycles etc.

A couple things I'd like to learn but have not gotten into yet: 3D printers, welding, laser engraving/cutting

Photography can also be a fun hobby. I've got a couple DSLR cameras and a handful of lenses, mostly use them however for business use for taking product pictures. But sometimes its fun to take a camera out and just snap some pictures of random stuff.

Finding a sport you really enjoy is cool too. I am a big fan of squash, try to go as often as I can.

Also got into sketch comedy and standup over the last 2 years and that is a blast if you're in a group. Would be scary as fuck on your own though, but groups for it are all over in cities/towns.

My dad got me into fishing when I was younger and we go to a nearby lighthouse and fish off the cliff into the sea whenever possible.

I got a drawing tablet as a present last Christmas. It's one of the best things I've ever got given. Try getting into animation or just drawing more. It's so much fun.

Ever gave photography a try? It makes you want to go places so you can snap those cool shots.
You can start slow, using you phone camera even. If you like it, just grab a cheap ass used Rebel XT and start shooting!

How tall are your legs to walk that fast?

cooking.

i don't mean grilled cheese, i mean find the most complicated shit you can and work at it until you get it perfect. beef wellington, souffle, crepes... tricky recipes and will come in useful when someone is actually willing to sleep with you someday. when i got bored one time i learned how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch. pizza dough and chicken stock are also good skills. cooking is literally science you can eat, and if you're on a diet for your "swoling" it can have added benefits.

buy a copy of The Joy of Cooking and get to work.
