New Server - Need Plugin Assistance

Hello big brain associates,
I just purchased a server and am in search of different plugins and would like projects that have the TFTV approval because it probably means they aren't some normie shit
The server use case:
Running competitive CFGs depending on player count at time, will be swapping from 4s to Ultiduo to HL to 6s etc. I have downloaded all of the proper configs and maps from UGC. This is mostly in-house, but will be left public for people to dick around on in the absence of the men. We're kicking for an uncensored atmosphere with 70s rock playing at the end of rounds, perhaps older country such as Cash, Buck Owens, or Roger Miller.
I am looking for a plug-in that records stats and has a leaderboard function, ideally the one that also has the nominate and map-voting functions. I see this built in to lots of community servers and I believe this is SourceMod, but I am not sure.
Discord Pug bot, does anybody have a recommendation for this? I have ELO but this shit wants premium and I'd rather pay money to somebody in the TF2 or CS community specifically
