interesting..

I wonder how accurate this is?

If B4nny invests his earnings correctly + twich cash, he probably STILL makes a mediocre living (no offence but that doesn't seem enough to support someone)

p.s. Hope this is not a repeat thread

The almost $6,000 is also since 2013, so I'm not sure this table means too much for each individual

6000 in winnings over the course of two years still isn't even remotely livable, is my point

even in successful competitive games, until you're a consistent #1 in the world you're not getting paid much just through tournament winnings. it's why most players who are all in on playing games for a living have to stream every day and make consistent youtube videos, the best you can do is to have a lot of income sources that eventually add up

I have no clue who this person is, but typically people with large backpacks like that lose 5 figures trading when its all said and done. collecting is not profitable

He's a collector and his a disposable income. He'll pay stupid amounts to get something he wants.

Last I heard he has spent $40k on TF2 alone

there's nothing wrong about pouring money into your hobbies as long as it's not cutting into how you actually live lol

i'm super opinionated about that issue because a lot of people that i know personally have huge expendable incomes, and $40k+ into a hobby isn't that surprising, but it's pretty lame when people judge people for how they spend their own income without knowing any other details about the person
