This reminds me of a cfg I made a while back for using the bow. It lets you just right click once to draw and left click once to fire.

bind MOUSE2 +useBow
bind MOUSE1 "releaseBow"
alias +useBow +drawBow

alias +drawBow "+attack; alias -useBow -drawBow"
alias -drawBow "+attack; alias +useBow +sheathArrow"
alias +sheathArrow "+attack2; alias -useBow -sheathArrow"
alias -sheathArrow "-attack2; -attack; alias +useBow +drawBow;"

alias releaseBow "-attack; alias useBow +drawBow"

I never tested it thoroughly because I don’t use the bow very much but from my few attempts it works. If you do want to use it just exec bow.cfg when you switch to the bow, and then reset mouse1 and mouse2 to whatever you have them normally when you switch off :)
