My new practice schedule is great but towards end of scrims my hand started hurting real bad (thumb and wrist and arm) so what are some really good and pleasing stretches to avoid this pain?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlg1nBpHypc this is the video - try and do them regularly as opposed to only after you experience pain as it's much more effective

There are a ton of good videos out there to show you specific stretch regimens that are no doubt beneficial, but something specific to gaming that isn't often mentioned in those videos is the benefit of micro-breaks and stretching, especially if you are already having pain flare ups. In TF2 I found it very useful to do basic stretches and mobilisations (literally any basic rotation or stretching movements can suffice here, stuff you would do instinctively) in the natural breaks that occur in the game (particularly respawn queue, but also between map change, warm-up period, etc). This isn't a replacement for stretching regimens that you would set time aside for, but it can be very useful as a supplement to those routines, especially for people who struggle to remember/lack discipline when it comes to stretching routines.

I figured it out eventually (not sure about kidder) since I had a deprived childhood that never had "can you do the Batman goggles" as a trick kids asked each other to do

I've found some of these help a lot for ulnar stretching, you really feel this one in particular if you've got cubital tunnel/ulnar nerve problems rather than wrist/carpal nerve or tendon problems.

Sounds like radial nerve compression. Brachioradialis is only supplied by your radial nerve. If the pain (tingling etc) is in the back of your hand (thumb and first two fingers) then its even more likely to be your radial nerve. You've probably compressed it at either your outer elbow or where your radial nerve joins the hand
