If you don't know what to choose just tell the florist the situation and your budget (I usually go with 20 euros) and they'll make something for you
If you happen to know which colors/flowers she likes that's always a plus

well its kinda hard to say with so little info but just be very thoughtful about it, personally spend time on the gift and make it suit her interests. it's your mom so you can also make her proud if you do something really sweet or cool.

also, make her a card or something. it's cheesy but at least my mom loves getting cards

don't do that, tell her it'll be slightly late and go get her some flowers or even a small sentimental gift, even if you didn't put a lot of thought into it it's the notion that you got something for her that matters

Don't do that. Tell her that you havemt forgotten her gift its going to be late though. My dad's birthday was on the 18th amd im jist taking him to get his gift tomorrow

i took my parents out to dinner and they enjoyed it far more than any gift ive gotten them in the past like 4 years.
