New Org in for Open

I'm back for another Open team post!
I contacted TwistedSin again asking if they were interested in looking into the TF2 scene again, and was able to convince them that TF2 is still alive despite the negative "dead" stigma around it.
What they are looking for:
1. A Top Open Team
2. Preferably a streamer on that team
3. Professionally Acting players

With that being said, I will give you their CEO's Discord username if you want to contact Goizy (TwistedSin's CEO): http://steamcommunity.com/id/kredible

Also, Faint is still looking for a top Open team to participate in S26 too! We will most likely try to make a final decision this Saturday (September 2) and will contact all captains that have contacted us.

I will continue to try to reach out to other orgs to help bring in support for the TF2 scene in hopes of revitalizing TF2 competitive back to the golden days.

Also, big big thank you to Goizy for taking the plunge and Twisted Sin.

If I am to get more orgs to join the ESEA Season 26, I will bump this thread with the information.

I put the Goizy's Discord in my profile description, just in case I missed someone. Please refer to the description for his discord and good luck to everyone who apply!

I just wanna add here and say as a org Faint is amazing with the support they gave to us in s25 and I can't wait for s26. They really helped us out with fees and all that with potential LAN assistance. These guys are amazing and I can't thank them enough for the help they gave us. And I hope they find a amazing open team to support.

New Org: Tempted Esports
Don't know if they're interested in an open/invite team specifically but they did say they are super interested in what competitive TF2 have to offer for the upcoming ESEA Season.
Contact: https://twitter.com/TemptedEsports (They asked for captains to DM them.)
Good luck to all captains, they seem like a cool bunch and more orgs the merrier :)
Will bump the thread again if another org decides to join.
Update #1: TwistedSin are to soon decide on a team according to Goziy.
Update #2: We at Faint will hold off on a decision about which specific open team to sign for a little longer. Sorry :(

Keep up the good work Jarlow! It's amazing to have an org help resurrect the tf2 scene. Although I haven't been within the scene for very long, it's definitely great to see a game like this (which I absolutely love) be supported.

Emphiiy Gaming NA/EUOpen & Invite
Org looking for an Open or Invite team. However they still seem a bit wary about picking up a team. Personally I feel like they focused more on the possibility of streamers instead of a team but maybe I interpreted them wrong.
They also may be looking for a EU team

  • Open or Invite
  • Streamers on the team
  • Active Community Members (idk what that is)

Contact:https://twitter.com/eMphiiyGaming
Best of luck to the captains :D
Edit: On mobile, sry for format

I don't want to be that guy but what exactly do these orgs actually have to offer?
Sponsoring an invite team makes sense cause fees are $85 per person but in open it's only like $5 or something and in eu there are no league fees.
Maybe I'm just overly pessimistic but it seems like giving these orgs free advertising in exchange for next to nothing (unless the open teams end up sticking together and playing invite but let's be real how often does that happen)

Let's just it's *erm* healthier for the scene.

if im comes back, they should sponsor an invite team, but if it doesn't they could always sponsor a high im team in open who's looking to play invite the following season

For an open team, its $10 per person for fees + premium (which can be up to like 20). It isn't as much as invite, but its not like its "free advertising". 60 dollars if just fees, up to 180 if they help with premium in exchange for promoting their org. I'm not opposed to that tbh.

The fees in open really add up. Per player, you end up spending about $30 in a season. With 6 players, all of a sudden it's about $180. Add in a sub or two (or roster changes) and you can easily go above $200 for a single team. There are a lot of open players who can't pay their own fees, so if a team leader is in a situation where he or she has multiple teammates who can't pay for themselves, giving an org exposure in exchange for league+premium fee coverage makes a lot of sense.

Big shoutout to BleghFarec for finding the org!
Surge Esports Club
Twitter: https://twitter.com/surgeAtoM (DM)
Based out of Oceania, a bit new to the TF2 scene, so would probably require some explanation of the scene.
More interested in Open/IM than Invite
Would recommend Australian and Asian teams to reach out as well!
GL :)

I have contacted every sponsor Jarlow has mentioned, to no response from any. I don't think they've made contact with anyone at this point.

Hello lads,

Just going to quickly post here.

KRIT Esports is looking for an Open Team to sponsor.

Basic quick introduction, we're a new esports org (business license currently in the process of going through) and looking to make an entry into CS:GO and TF2. The owner has a background in CS:GO, whereas I have a background in TF2 & CS:GO. As of right now, any open team who needs paying up should hit us up for a small sponsorship.

Our owner has a job in the military, so all enquirers should run through me. Sorry if we're late to the party boys! Just send an add on Steam and we'll talk.
