What is everyone's opinion of this wonderful liquid.
Thoughts on favorite brand? Anything to mention about consuming said liquid?
What is your preferred beverage over orange juice?
Not to mention is generous amounts of supplements, like natural folate, thiamine and magnesium

Little off topic off OJ, but milk and popcorn (w/o the butter) is really good replacement for cereal.

ElepimpI love pulp

pulp always seems unnecessary, unless its freshly squeezed, then the pulp is pretty good.

wrualso oj is the only contender to water for the title of best liquid dont at me

that is the greatest statement ive ever seen

but i dont always have time to fresh squeeze my oranges when i want some juice. i live near a market that has some quality OJ (probably the best ive had) compared to the mass produced chains of oj, but out of all of the big names id say Florida's Natural is the best out of all of them.

Never get orange juices that come from two different regions in the same bottle, most brands say "Made with oranges from U.S and Brazil" so always look that your oranges are all from the same place, wherever they may be.

My grandfather has a blood-orange tree in his garden and it's always exciting when he comes over and gives us a few, cos we get to make blood-orange juice and it's bloody delicious.

There is a difference between "natural sugar" and "added sugar".

Natural will not hurt you but do some research on your juice choices and see who is natural and who is added. BTW coca cola is loaded with bad sugar.

it really all depends on whether your orange juice is from concentrate or not. pasteurization has a bit to do with the overall drink, but not so much with the sugar aspect. While the additives in some brands of orange juice add sugar, most of the additives are that of citric acid, Vitamin D, and sometimes Omega 3. I would recommend not consuming too much orange juice if you are drinking the concentrate crap, but if that's all you can afford or have access to, i think its better than nothing. The concentrated oranges tend to have more sugar in them just due to the preservation techniques needing the juice to be sweeter upon creation.

a standard glass of orange juice, fresh squeezed, has about 20 grams of sugar, (id say about 8-12oz glasses) so as long as you aren't consuming a carton a day, id say your fine.
