The fact that we live in a time where things like this exist is incredible.

Anyone know if I can get just the fan attachment? I feel like it would pair well with the built in vibrator my rival 700 has.

adysky's small list of mice for team fortress:

DM1 pro s: good shape, good sensor, cheap(ish), lightweight
Nixeus revel: same as above but a bit cheaper, very minor differences
Any zowie mouse: you can choose a shape that suits you the best, simple, lightweight(ish), average price for a gaming mouse, no gimmicks, no bullshit.
Anything that logitech made in 2016/15: was cheap on black friday, now fairly expensive, 16 quadrillion rgb colors, good software, heavier (anything above 100g is a heavy mouse for fps for me), VIABLE WIRELESS MICE.

My personal picks are zowie ec2-a and nixeus revel :)
Also revel often appears on massdrop for as low as 32 bucks, which is a steal for such a good quality mouse

I've had the razer deathadder chroma for about 2 years, and while not as good as the 2013, the weight feels amazing and its simple and has never failed or broken down at all, even after heavy use. Highly recommended.

There's a lot more to a good mouse than that.
A mouse that pits your hand perfectly but has a shit sensor it will still be a shit mouse.

Any yes, a good sensor is definitely important.
You don't need the best and newest sensor and you definitely don't need a gazillion DPI, but if your sensor has build in acceleration, is super inaccurate, jittery etc. than that'll hinder your performance a lot.

My personal recommendations:
Zowie FK1/FK2/FK1+ (1 is larger than 2, 1+ is even larger), Zowie EC1-A/EC2-A (again, 1 is larger than 2) and my new favorite: Logitech G Pro.

One of them should have a good size/shape for your hand and all of them have absolutely flawless sensors and are very well build and have no unnecessary marketing gimmicks like 100 buttons or 8000 DPI and are designed with FPS gaming in mind.

3310, 3090, the 3095 in the g400s and 3988 are all also decent sensors.

Any sensor that has a reasonably low amount of acceleration/consistent acceleration is good enough. Shape is probably the most important factor.
