what are the classes you play and they give you the option to select offensive defensive and support.
I don't think faceit is in touch with tf2 or alteast the guy who created the survey.

in general faceit is tho, the head dev is the same guy who made the tftrue plugin

Yea the dev AnAkkk knows what he's doing.
The PR people working on it aren't as familiar with TF2 but you can't really blame them. They have like 3 games in closed beta I think. Can't just hire new staff that is familiar with every game.
They've been very enthusiastic about the whole thing so far and if they had questions about the game we helped them. They care about the community and are doing a good job so far which is all that matters

Will drop codes here soon so you can invite your friends

Tf2 players seem to want to stay small, that way they can play the game exactly as they like it. I don't foresee any competitive league popping up getting full support. Shit, good damn valve came out with competitive and they STILL can't support it.
