updated/fixed lawena recording tool

handful of people have asked me about this - current version has few annoying problems. thought it could help some people.

this just fixes:
hud koth timer bug
hud control point captured bug
reload bug
mat_queue_mode set to 0 (stops crashes on going to tick)

please tell me if i fucked something

did you fix the issue with vdms having fucked up audio or is that a source engine issue

these are just simple stuff like fixed up huds and cfg stuff. i have nothing to do with the development of the tool and i dont think that issue has an easy solution i can stick in.

Yeah if the VDM files worked, Lawena would be a godsend.

Thanks so much, I was beginning to think the control point capture bug was a problem on my end; even tried reinstalling my hud. Glad to see it fixed.

time to blow some dust away from this post.
So this days i was trying to watch some demos with lawena and after about 1 minute of the demo the game crashes with an error like this.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

My problem with lawena that I'm having is that when I record (with the recommended settings of course) and then put it together in virtualdub, the audio is disconnected from the video (after i import it) and both are extremely choppy

xeroThis bug was introduced with yesterdays update. Currently no one knows how to fix it.

But i ran a few demos without any problems and then this happened at the 3rd demo.

I cant help you with that becouse i let demos run on lawena and record them with fraps. Its faster and the quality is good imo.

When recording with default HUD (only killfeed preset) there's a round timer at the top that is 1) not meant to be there and 2) off-centre. Is there any way to fix this as of right now?
