Game Won't Open :(

got a new pc recently and after 2 fresh installs, trying every dx level, launching in "safe" mode, trying both exe files my tf2 does not work
it opens, shows the black and white upward loading screen and just closes, no error message or anything

try verifying the game files / changing ur cfg or compatibility settings , try -autoconfig
