It isn't live yet. I know people have gotten into servers, but the existence or lack of white/black lists says exactly nothing about the final form of competitive mode.

this is gonna be quite interesting since a lot of people are familiar with the 6s meta and its limited restrictions (which obviously changes from league to league), but it's gonna be very weird having to deal with short circuit, pomson, and mini sentry engineers running around being more of a pain than a roamer that you can't kill. but the meta change is definitely going to be a little bit of a culture shock for many used to the standard 6v6 classes.

also, Process in map rotation or riot.
