i have a notepad at home with all the rumors from that stream, but here's what i remember:

4G: no rumors
Ascent: LFP after i55
Luca Goers: zzz
Meat Market: oobii might be going to med but no real juice here
Cafe: Goldfish cut, ATT trying out
Showstopper's team: Grape, Ninjanick, and Cyzer, potentially picking up Xalox and Freestate
Rentahomies: as listed above, John Milter/Cozen/Serv0/Rando/Nomadic/Caspian
Mad Men: potential reform feat. Goldfish?
Wood Pig: assuming this reform will be based off of the remnants of $5club, the best roster guess is Arcticjoe/Squid/Harbleu(potentially)/Milo/Dingo/mason

~~Muma, Botmode, and someone else i forget are looking to make teams, and someone mentioned Cyzer scouting with Freestate (Cyzer confirmed he has specific plans for next season)~~

R5 is confirmed dead
