Doing the math, if I had a 120Hz monitor instead of 60Hz and had my mouse on 1000Hz instead of 250Hz, it would drop my times by around 11ms. So I'd still be at 274ms l0l

I read an article that was talking about how reaction time improves until you're about 28 and then it starts to degrade from there, that could be why.
