i have essentially no one to go to for my issues, my mom is a career focused drunk, my step dad isnt all that bad but he's manipulative and closed minded, he also cheated on my mom a lot so fuck him. I also havent seen my real father in 17 years, he lives on the other side of the country and is a devout religious nutcase.

On weekends I always want to do a lot of work but end up eating and sleeping all day. I don't even play videogames because I tell myself I can't until I do work. When Monday rolls around, I can't sleep... so I just lie there for hours and go to class tired anyway.

If you are worried about your parents reaction (or maybe her dad is going to murder you), don't be. Most parents will eventually get over it.
