15 minutes of warsow or quake or something similar, 5 minutes of jump maps, 5 minutes of tr_flinger or tr_rocketshooting or similar. Try hard in pregame soapdm.

i just show up, click on people, and complain about how bad everyone on my team is

the more you practice the less your aim will suffer between gaps of not playing
(if practicing aim in a videogame is anything like practicing an instrument)
in the end (consistent, productive) practice can only significantly reduce how much your aim suffers when you come back to play

15 minutes of quake will help you adjust quickly
also tr_newbots which hasn't been mentioned yet

for medic i pretty much don't need to warm up

soldier i go mge for a little bit or jump

surfing gets me in a chill mindset to play

i have a config that sets up a 6v6 game on badlands with tf bots

tons of flicking in mge/dm.

im actually really interested in that

it's nothing compared to a real game unless you do some weird waypoint tweaking but still.

I dunno man. I once got a triple airshot on Bot01 and that was the greatest day of my life ever.

For warming up, I generally play on dm/mge server for like 20 minutes. Since you also play sniper, I'd probably recommend you playing pug/mix/lobby, because sniper isn't really great class for both mge and dm.

If you really feel like you are terrible at aiming, you can just spend some time on tr_walkway with bots moving in random patterns. (Or just on any offline practice map pretty much)
