Bmr is roughly 1900 - 2000 kcal.
The macros are: 180g protein, 60g fat (omega-3's included), 90g carbs

Up the carbs and do more cardio.

i wrote a lot and refreshed the page on accident FUCK anyways
your bmr is almost certainly higher than 2000 unless you are 50kg and based on your macros im assuming you are closer to 85kg and if thats the case you probably dont need to eat 180g protein. 1g per 1lb of lean body mass is consensus opinion (eg. natural athlete at 180lbs at 20% bodyfat would eat roughly 150g protein)
should fill out more carbs considering you have a lot more calories to work with
greens and collagen are usually a scam but if u have the money to spend and enjoy it then go for it
daily multivitamin wouldnt hurt
food selection is good and u will have good health markers if you keep training and eating in a similar way and if you do not have good health markers after doing this for awhile you probably have some other underlying problem
GOOD LUCK

reece what's your optimal way to consume >100g protein? chicken breast on rice?
Thank you all for the advice so far!
I have been using this mobile app called MacroFactor,
and honestly it's been so easy to track macros and other nutrients.
So far I have reached these vitamins and minerals markers for today with the above diet
reeceshould fill out more carbs considering you have a lot more calories to work with
I do want to lose weight, but I don't mind increasing carbs + cardio for this
reecedaily multivitamin wouldnt hurt
I know that the huel green powder is in contention, but if I'm having this won't it make the multivitamin obsolete?

yeah the nutrition on it is pretty much the same as any cheap multivitamin but it is going to be like x20 the price per serving so it is up to u
tommyreece what's your optimal way to consume >100g protein? chicken breast on rice?
anything lowish fat that tastes good to u so chicken beef turkey and protein powder are usually good choices

I'd drop the protein & green powders bro. 180g is excessive protein intake here IMO and protein & green powders which are very concentrated foods can carry the risk of having unhealthy amounts of nasty stuff like lead, cadmium or arsenic in them. If you are stuffing down 400g of lean chicken every day I don't think you need the protein powder even if you are doing strength training. I'd agree a multivitamin is a better alternative to green powders if you are worried about your micronutrient intake, but also likely unnecessary if you are consuming good amounts of fruits and veg, which it looks like you are. I'd also consider adding some legumes for more fiber.
Also if you are consuming three "omega3 capsules" every day make sure you get a high quality omega3 supplement, an algae based one is probably the best way to go long term.

Drop both powders take a daily multi instead. Lots of good stuff here but you will be very bored eating the same thing every day, variety is the spice of life! If you find you need more fiber even when eating lots of fruits and veggies look into psyllium husk/psyllium husk powder

also as AMS said many protein powders have trace amounts of lead and other heavy metals, especially plant based ones. There was a company that went through and tested them, you can read the results here. I'd just make sure I'm getting a brand that you know doesn't have elevated levels of heavy metals if you do continue taking whey.
