This is absolutely terrible. The is won person currently in custody who was acting suspiciously and ran (before/during?) the the first blast from the bomb (But in context, everyone was running). He is Saudi Arabian and was tackled down by one of the the marathon runners and the runner handed him in towards the BPD. However, they are saying he is being completely responsive, and had no involvement with this terrible event. I send my best wishes to everyone involved in this incident, directly and indirectly.

TL;DR. One Saudi Arabain is in custody, however not found to be guilty of the crime.

These were most likely innocent people, who just wanted to feel pride and accomplishment, to be able to run and enjoy themselves. Now because someone feels it necessary to prove a point, or intimidate someone, or whatever the motive, two people die, and some can never have the joy of walking again.

Speculation indeed. I doubt he has any significance at all (it doesn't even look like he has a view of either explosion from where he is), but that might not stop him from becoming today's Umbrella Man http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umbrella_Man_%28JFK_assassination%29 .

These tragedies by themselves are bad enough when they occur, but knowing that it is only a matter of time before the conspiracy theorists and political vultures come out of the woodwork makes me even more depressed.
