I'm afraid you can't change how health is displayed on the engineer's building status panel

I assume you found the fonts in the clientscheme (or fonts file, some huds do that), but you have to restart the game when you change a font. So if it's super small it's trying to use a font you just added or something.

Note: You can switch between fonts on the fly, it's just when you add/change fonts in the clientscheme.res/font file
Note: Also make sure you spelt the font name right

i'm not really trying to change the font to a different font. i wanna use the same m0refont, but with a different size. ive been told all i have to do is replace "morefont46" with what ever number/size i want to change the size of that font.i wanna do that to both the ammo and health, would i need to do it in clientscheme? i did it in "hudplayerheath" first.

Ah, so in the clientscheme.res it has all the fonts, and it usually goes up by 2's, so morefont10, morefont12, morefont 46 etc... you can go into the clientscheme.res and ctrl+f "morefont46" (or scroll a bit down) and find all the others. Then see if the size you want is there (which it probably isn't b/c it's broken), when it isn't you can just copy+paste one of the fonts, and change the name and tall value to the desired size

Change NegativeColor for "CDamageAccountPanel" to be the RGBa value that you want. Yellow for example is 255 255 0 255.

Then change fgcolor for "DamageAccountValue" if it exists.

Not a standard way.

You can set the label width to be low and wrap text, but each individual letter will remain normal. You'd need an entirely edited font if you want it to look like it was actually rotated 90 degrees, but even with that kerning will be completely fucked.

Only other way is to just get an individual label for each letter/number. But that takes a lot of work, is resolution & potentially system dependent, and (without tons of workarounds) won't work for things like health that aren't fixed text.

No, that fix makes it so that the colors do not change. I believe the green is hardcoded.
