that works thanks
im trying to make a public server for the gamemode, any suggestions for rules? Join server (if its online)
i roughly remember a non-passworded 6v6 server that automatically readied up teams once they were 6 per team, anyone know how to do something like that?

nothing attracts newcomers to comp more than long maptalks
maybe allowing coaches to play medic like in previous newbie cups would help
doc is nice but subs need some work

who doesnt remember puitting their mumbles in TeamSpeak :DDD
- 2nd is huge
- the lobby and the flanks feel huge in general
- whoever gets to mid first wins (maybe force the faster route to mid to be on a different entrance, or make the current rollout further from point)
some minor nitpicks

you can stand on some of these lamp posts in 2nd but in others that look exactly the same you can't

same thing with windows

can stand on this prop at mid
does sharia law allow fempyro
Cabbage_b4nny has also made it abundantly clear in the past that all he cares about in order to have fun is whether he wins or not, something his team would probably keep doing regardless of how retarded the rules and class limits are.
And all the other people at other levels who don't enjoy a zero restrictions meme format can go fuck themselves.
Let's put it to the test though: https://www.strawpoll.me/18841258
i mean to be fair b4nny probably thinks that pubbers will flock into comp once they hear it has no classlimits (lol) and that theres thousands of potential players that dont play just because of the whitelist
When you shut down your computer Steam may think that it crashed and verify files on the next launch.
If you want Steam to launch faster, right click on the shortcut, go to propierties and add "-noverifyfiles" to the Target field.
http://www.agamerstutorials.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/no-verify-files.jpg
If you want steam to launch on startup with this option enabled, follow these steps
- Do the shortcut just as explained above
- Uncheck "Run Steam when the computer starts" on Steam settings
- Move that shortcut to Start > All Programs > Startup
On Win10 you might wanna press Win + R and type shell:startup to find that folder faster
is there any way of selecting a random hud from the full list

WiethoofdThe refusal to allow any unlocks which could speed up the game even more (disciplinary action, quick-fix) that could make trying to run other classes viable is imo dumb. The sheer fear of a possible heavy to mid when a pyro with the current whitelist can already show up with backburner and thermal thruster + powerjack at the same time...
Unlocks that allow medic to heal more = slower gameplay
Its already bad to have teamfights last forever due to crossbow, quickfix would be a disaster and make everyone a bullet sponge. If quickfix was somehow allowed for a few seasons and people jumped around with their soldiers they would also use the argument that it makes medic more fun when someone criticizes it just like xbow... doesnt mean it stops being a straight upgrade that slows the game down
Wandumthe way muuki is as a person made him offclassing extremely tilting to play against
it is not fun to play against
but whats truly tilting about it? the fact that its a non-meta class killing you, or the actual class itself regardless of what the meta is? a big part of it is the fact that we dont consider many classes and loadouts serious in a 6v6 environment imo, so its way more tilting when they kill you,. but tilting the opponent can be a tactic too, like people who teabag in fighting games or beat people with low tier characters or whatever
i was remembering about a team called Lowpander and how they were prem despite using really experimental tactics and how nobody wanted to scrim them for it and that got me thinking...
¿is offclassing not used to its full potential because of the social stigma associated to it? its usually considered BM, so its likely that there are countless yet-to-be-discovered offclassing strategies that are completelly viable
well.. idk about prem, but i know for sure than in newbie teams, they could have the least experienced players on permaheavy or pyro and perform way better than a pencil jumping soldier or 28 dpm scout.
Or, if you go sniper in any div, just the fact that you're on sniper makes the enemy play differently and likely to give you space for free;.or better yet, go spy and disguise as friendly sniper, then disguise as pootis, and then backstab their medic! i think thats exactly what comp tf2 needs
thoughts?
Not technically a fragmovie but
