As people have said, the deathadder is the only Razer mouse worth buying. Razer mice also come with some pretty bloatware software, it's best to use as little of those features as possible.
Between the two, choose a mouse which has a more comfortable shape. Zowie will give you more choice as they have more than one mouse worth buying. Sensor really doesn't matter at the moment as pretty much all major gaming mice brands use 3310s. The only exception to this is logitech, who use better sensors but also have horribly shaped mice (imo).

Honestly, the way I see the game evolving with the booties is this: I do think that they will become more used than pipes and are more versatile. This doesn't mean they're OP or fuck people who arent running them, it's more a case of I think the meta will shift towards it.

It's a similar deal to gunboats pocket. I think the booties allow the demo to play the game faster and do things with less risk, and as the pace of the game has sped up so much recently, it helps demo fit in with that as a class, by making it a bit more of a dm powerhouse who can actually get frags as opposed to a class that is mostly about denial. I do think that it will still be a choice between pipes and booties on demo than it currently is on gunboats pocket though.

I wouldnt mind it if booties became meta tbh. The return of topdmg demo would be cool. I doubt its that good though, you miss out on a lot of good spam and long range effectiveness.
